Modern and clean hotel, marvellous and perfect location very close to the main railway station. Nice and kind staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Outstanding rooms with a great view to the fields outside, excellent services. Satisfactory breakfast, a great selection of meals. Location adjacent to central Krakow, Balice airport and Krakow business centre and centre of the town.

Very nice and friendly stuff, modern decoration, big and comfortable room, fantastic buffet breakfast. Hotel also has a beautiful relaxing garden with nice view on the mountains.

I really liked the cleanliness, breakfast, location and especially the professional and courteous manner as the staff serve people.
It would be interesting if the managers of the hotel to contact the local municipality or the body responsible for tourism, to verify the possibility of revising the mapping of the region in order to include location data for easy navigation by gps, because I nor the staff car rental company able to insert the address of this hotel on gps..

The place was newly furnished and really nice. The food was superb, dinner was really good and breakfast was really good too. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant manager. It's definitely one of the best 4 star hotels i've stayed at and beats some 5 stars easily. Great value for the price!
only downside was the soundproofing could be better, i heard a bit from the hallway.

Great location near to he airport, clean modern hotel, friendly staff, breakfast nice.
My room was noisy - opposite a meeting room that appeared to be in use for some kind of delegate registration - late evenings and early mornings !

The hotel is ideally located if you travel by car. The surroundings are great and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. ATM near by. Great restaurant with great food and good breakfast also.

Had a great stay at Great Polonia! Super comfy room and a takeaway breakfast ready for my early flight-such a nice touch! Only downside was the check-in process being strict about timing. Solid hotel close to the airport.
